Your order will be sent out for delivery 1 day after the payment has been received. The Product/s will be sent to the indicated address on your order via standard mail. You should expect to receive your order within 1 or 2 days from postage.
Kindly allow a couple more days for the delivery to reach you during sale and festive periods.
You may return Products purchased from the evelina website for a refund within 15 days from when you receive them if they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. This does not apply to earrings (due to hygiene purposes), as well as to items on sale. Such Products may not be returned.
Unless the Products are defective, damaged, or not matching their description on the website, you are responsible for the cost of returning Products. We recommend that you use the registered mail service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If the Products are faulty, the postage costs will be refunded.
In any case, when returning a Product, the customer must send an email to hello@evelina.com.mt.
Refunds are conducted on the same credit card or through the same payment method used in the initial payment.
All orders are packaged in a cool evelina pouch. Should you wish to receive your order inclusive of gift packaging (in a pouch which would be placed in a gift box and a gift bag), there will be an extra charge. When checking out, you will be asked to choose whether you want to opt for the gift packaging and the extra charge for this will be indicated.
